A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

ABOUT US & OUR TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

“At Rush-Me-Not Art Studio, we believe that art is not just a skill—it’s a transformative journey that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Located in the heart of Singapore, our studio is a sanctuary for young, budding artists, where the joy of creation meets the art of self-discovery.”

Jealina Chiang, Founder of Rush-Me-Not Art Studio

Jealina is Rush-Me-Not’s founder and principal art therapist.  She started working with children to help them cultivate their creative talents with the intention of developing well-rounded, confident individuals. In addition to her 25 years experience as a folk art artist, Jealina also has Certifications in Colour Therapy, Counselling (English & Chinese), Reiki Ryoho (Natural Healing), DecoArt, and Landscape Painting.

Our Mission

Our mission is to offer a warm and inspiring environment where children can explore diverse artistic techniques, developing their talents in a carefully crafted, step-by-step progression. We emphasize the importance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being in every aspect of our teaching, ensuring that our students grow not only as artists but as individuals.

Creativity

Here, children experience more than just art classes—they enter a world where they can express themselves freely, build character, and find joy in discovering themselves. Our programs are designed to unlock each child’s potential, enabling them to produce stunning works of art that reflect their unique perspectives and abilities.

Commitment

Our team of dedicated and uniquely qualified educators shares a deep commitment to the healing and life-enhancing power of art. We take great pride in our ability to bring out the best in our students, and nothing delights us more than seeing them leave our studio with bright smiles and a sense of accomplishment.

Beyond our studio walls, Rush-Me-Not Art Studio is dedicated to giving back to the community. We actively organize art events and social initiatives aimed at supporting the less fortunate, believing that the power of art extends far beyond the classroom. If you share our passion for making a difference, please reach out!
